I found nice on cloud shoes I was interested in after I waited 15 min I was only allowed to try on one shoe at a time… I decided to buy the shoes so I could try them on like a normal human being. I waited on line for 15 additional minutes while one register was checking customers out and 6 employees tried to solve a register discrepancy. I was told I could not return the shoes if I didn’t provide my e mail address. With music blaring loud I decided enough is enough and went to spend my money elsewhere. If you want to be treated like a criminal lowlife shop here!

On 12/20/23 my sister purchased and item at this store. The sales associate 0399103 charged her $2 donation to FL/Youth without asking her. Once she got home she noticed the $2 was charged to her credit card. This is very disrespectful for sales associate 0399103 to do without asking customers first!

I went into JD Sports in Roosevelt field mall and as I walked in I couldn’t tell which person was an associate or a shopper. There was a group of people just talking in the front as if it was a chill spot. I had to walk all the way to the front to ask for a size. Finally ask for a size and the shoe NEVER comes out. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Nobody has the appropriate uniform on. After waiting for 20 minutes I walked out without anything. I will never come into this store again.

I recently visited the JD located in Garden City and what a horrible time it was. Upon entering the sneaker section there are only two associates assisting what seemed to be at least 10 customers. I requested a pair of shoes from a girl working there and she wasted my time completely. I waited 15 minutes for her to bring the shoes out and she reassured they would arrive. 20 minutes later they never arrived. I believe the manager assisted us and we quickly found out that it was not even in stock. That girl assisting us was a complete fool and needs to be fired. Everyone at the register is dancing around and not paying attention to the customers and they are having their own conversations while we needed assistance. The store needs a new staffing system because the inconsiderate and rude staff wasted my time. I will never set foot in that horrible environment again and I will also let all friends and family know that that store is no good!

Took forever with getting the shoes I asked for like a 20 minute wait to be able to get the shoes that I wanted to try on to buy. Very slow line that took half an hour not worth your time avoid this store. Music was also very extremely loud.

Although I waited 45 minutes in line, the staff made me feel very welcomed and they were super professional, asking me if I needed help with a shoe size or anything I was looking at in the store. They’re a super busy store and the staff tries their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. I will always come here for shoes and clothes no matter what!

Bad customer service. They will take your requested shoes. But, it will take awhile to take it from the back. It’s not even busy. We waited for 45mins to be exact and decided to leave. I asked two different employees in two different time and they told me it’s coming. Coming from where? Worst part.. when I asked for 2nd time.. the employee asked me of what shoes i’m waiting again.

I went there week ago and my experience was horrible. I requested for one sneaker and one of the staffs said he is getting it from back and I was waiting there like about 30 minutes still didn’t get any response. After 30 minutes, I asked another crew and he said they don’t have that sneaker. They just wasted 30 minutes for nothing. I was there for about like 40 minutes and I noticed that every staff is irresponsible. They were gossiping with each other. Nobody care about any customers. I hope JD will look for it and come with a solution
